Referral Promotion – Terms & Conditions
This promotion is offered by MAPS Loan Group and is valid from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2026. All referrals and loan applications must be received within this period to be eligible.
This offer is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over and applies to home loans only. A minimum loan amount of $350,000 is required.
To qualify for any reward, the loan must be successfully settled by 31 December 2026.
Eligible clients who settle their own home loan through MAPS Loan Group during the promotion period will receive a $250 gift card, provided the client mentions or registers for this promotion at the time of initial enquiry or prior to the loan application being submitted.
Where a valid referral is made, both the referrer and the referred client will each receive a $250 gift card, provided the referred client’s loan settles in accordance with these terms.
A maximum of one (1) gift card will be issued to the referrer and one (1) gift card to the referred client per eligible transaction, regardless of the number of loans, applications, or securities involved. In the case of joint applicants, only one (1) gift card will be issued to the referred party, not per individual borrower.
A referral must be made prior to the referred client making contact with MAPS Loan Group. The referrer must be clearly identifiable at the time of referral.
A maximum of one (1) gift card will be issued per eligible client, regardless of the number of loans, applications, or securities involved. In the case of joint applicants, only one (1) gift card will be issued per application/transaction, not per individual borrower. Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Gift cards will be issued within 60 days of settlement.
If multiple referrals are received for the same individual, the first valid referral recorded will be accepted.
By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have obtained the consent of the individual being referred to share their personal details with MAPS Loan Group for the purpose of being contacted in relation to loan services.
This promotion does not apply to personal loans, asset finance, or other non-home loan products.
MAPS Loan Group reserves the right to verify all referrals and eligibility, and to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
By participating in this promotion, you consent to your information being used for the purpose of administering the offer in accordance with MAPS Loan Group’s privacy obligations.
All personal information provided will be handled securely and used solely for the purpose of contacting the referred individual and administering this promotion, in accordance with MAPS Loan Group’s privacy obligations.
